The project is to replace and repair defective and undersized sewer pipe in West Sierra Avenue from Olof Street to Water Road. The project is one of many identified in the I&I Study and is prioritized over other repairs because of the City's Quick Strike road paving project scheduled for 2023. In addition to repairing defective sections of sewer pipe to reduce inflow and infiltration, the project upsizes this pipeline in accordance with the recommendations of the City's Sewer Master Plan.
